What Are We Building?

Vehicle Preparation Required

All vehicles must arrive clean and free of personal belongings, clothing, trash, and unnecessary clutter before drop-off. This includes seats, floors, the trunk, cargo areas, and any compartments our technicians may need to access. Vehicle cleaning and personal item removal are not included in our services. Unprepared vehicles may experience installation delays or require rescheduling.

Before You Book

Questions? Start Here.

Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount depends on the service booked. Materials are ordered within 48–72 hours after booking. Once materials are ordered, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Cancellations without rescheduling forfeit the deposit. Bookings made within two days of the earliest available appointment have no refund window.

Wrap Color & Material Changes

Wrap color and material selections are final once ordered. Changes after ordering require the customer to pay for replacement materials.

Rescheduling

Contact KVNG Kustomz to reschedule your appointment. For wrap appointments, provide at least 72 hours' notice to change the appointment without penalty.

Final Payment & Vehicle Pickup

The remaining balance is due when the work is complete and before the vehicle is released. Customers must inspect their vehicle and sign the pickup release before taking possession.

For wrap appointments, vehicles must be picked up within three working days after completion notice. Storage is $50 per day beginning on the fourth working day.

Workmanship Warranty

The warranty period and coverage for your service are stated in your service agreement. Contact KVNG Kustomz for an inspection if you notice peeling, bubbling or another installation concern. Warranty evaluation is required before repairs are approved.

Wrap Warranty Exclusions

Coverage does not include damage from Florida sun or heat exposure, improper maintenance, automatic or high-pressure washing, harsh chemicals, accidents, road debris, scratches, vandalism, neglect or preexisting paint/body damage.

How Long Does a Wrap Last?

A quality vehicle wrap can last up to five years with proper care. Actual life depends on the material, sun and heat exposure, storage, driving conditions and maintenance.

Wrap Removal & Repairs

Existing wrap removal is priced separately and starts at $700. Workmanship repairs are evaluated under your service agreement. Customer-requested or externally caused repairs are quoted separately.
